When you visit our website, email us, or make a purchase through our website, we collect the information you give us such as your name, address, and email address. We value privacy and peace of mind ourselves so we will not share your information with any other vendors. We may use your email address to communicate with you about an order or to respond to an inquiry. Other than that, we will pretty much leave you alone. This policy could change at some point, but this is it until it changes.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY: If you made a purchase, we are very thankful. If you have a problem with your order, please send us an email to jami@bantybelle.com and let us know the situation. We disclose all ingredients and a detailed product description ahead of time to try and prevent any difficulties.
You have 15 calendar days from the time you receive your order to return it to Banty Belle Soap & Sundries for refund consideration. Your item must be unused and in its original packaging in the same condition as it was received.

Returned merchandise must contain a copy of the original receipt or other proof of purchase. The customer is resposible for return shipping costs.
